I was so happy and lucky to find this place. Their treatment of my mother was excellent, their welcome was warm, and they demonstrated high professionalism and skill in overcoming all obstacles and problems that might arise during the fingerprinting process. The staff at the office were incredibly patient when complications arose. Their performance was impressive, especially since I went to them desperate to get it done quickly, as it was the last day for the IRCC submission deadline, and I had gone to another place before them who couldn't help me resolve those complications. I thank them very much. I recommend them 1000%.
